This is commonly known as “Nut Grass”. The botanical name is Cyperus rotundus. It is a wonder herb when it comes to indigestion, fever and diarrhoea. It also relieves excessive thirst and burning sensation in stomach. This herb can also be used by lactating mothers for improving the milk quality and quantity.
Directions to Use:
1. IN ANY ABDOMINAL DISCOMFORT OR INDIGESTION :
Boil 1 glass of water with ¼ tsp Musta powder and 1 pinch of dry ginger powder for 2-3 minutes. Have this water warm. This will clear the indigestion.
2 gms or around 5 pinches of Musta powder can be mixed with half glass buttermilk and can be taken twice daily for about 2 weeks. This will hel to reduce repeated bowel habits and inflammations.
3. SEASONAL COLD OR FLU or COUGH :
Boil Half litre water with 1/2 tsp of Musta Powder for about 2-3 minutes and drink this water warm or normal.
