1.Ghana/ Musta – Cyperus rotundus
2. Chandana – Santalum album
3. Ambu – Plectranthus vettiveroides
4. Parpata – Oldenlandia corymbose
5. Usira – Vetiveria zizanoides
Directions to Use:
IN FEVER OR INDIGESTION :
Boil 1 tsp of Nisundi shadangam in 1 litre of water with 3 pinches of dry ginger powder for 2-3 minutes. Have this water warm or normal throughout the day. This will clear the indigestion, if present. It is an excellent drink when someone has fever.
